Im so shocked and appalled that after sitting down for 30mins all i had have on my table are beverages and i ordered my appetizer and entrees all together asap to defeat waiting so long. I regret not going to the kfc next door.

Came to pickup takeout order and I was ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door that says takeout in big bold letters for the 2 girls behind the desk to stand there on their phones and just stare at me blankly as if im not there.(We made clear eye contact several times). So I walk all the way around for them to just point a finger at the bar and not even say anything. When the desk they were standing at clearly says "pickup takeout orders". -100/10 customer service. Dont waste your money on awful customer service here. If they at least would have said something this review wouldnt have been left but are we seriously paying people to stand around on their phones and not do their simple jobs or even acknowledge a paying customer??? Do better Buffalo.

Food was horrible all around and we were over 15 people. Seasoning bad, not cooked to request, etc. The only thing that made it pleasant and worthwhile was the waiter.
We’re glad your server took care of your squad well, but we’re aiming for consistency every time you walk through our doors, Xavier. Any food from our menu should be served just right, and what you described isn’t the fan experience we wanted for all of you.
